Shipping Time:
Orders with UK Mainland addresses will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Standard shipment within the UK usually takes an additional 1-2 days. Therefore, after placing your order, you can typically expect to receive your goods within 2 to 4 working days. Please note that if you have ordered a cricket bat with the “knocking-in” service, an extra 10-14 working days may be required for dispatch, particularly during peak seasons.

Please ensure that the shipping information provided is accurate, and be aware that any additional charges due to incorrect information will be the responsibility of the customer.

European Delivery:
European delivery generally takes 5-7 working days to arrive, excluding the knocking-in service.

Shipping Costs within the UK Mainland:

  • Orders between £0.99 and £99 will incur a standard postal charge of £6.99.
  • For orders valued at £100 or more, delivery within the UK mainland is free.

These rates cover the shipment of various products, including but not limited to cricket bats, adult wheelie/stand-up bags, and batting pads. The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated at the checkout based on the total weight of the products selected.

Shipping Costs Outside UK Mainland (Ship by Weight):
For orders outside of the UK mainland, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the products ordered. Examples include:

Delivery Requirements:
Except for small items sent through the post and put through your letterbox, all deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Couriers will make two delivery attempts. If you are unlikely to be at home, consider providing a work address or a neighbor’s address during checkout. If no one is available, the courier will leave a notification for attempted delivery. This note will specify if you need to collect the parcel, contact the courier for an alternative delivery date, or if they will attempt delivery the following day. In some cases, these situations may lead to a surcharge, which the customer may be asked to pay.
