Refunds and Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations in accordance with UK consumer law.
2. Your Right to Cancel (14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You must notify us in writing (email is acceptable).
Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
3. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
Items must be in resellable condition.
4. Non‑Returnable Items
Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:
Customised or personalised items
Used cricket bats
Protective gear or apparel that has been worn
Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original delivery costs may be refunded where applicable.
Free Shipping Orders
If your order included free shipping:
The actual outbound shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund.
This applies because we have already paid for the transportation of your order.
Return Shipping Costs
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service.
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty:
Contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund.
Faults caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
